Responsibilities

• Provide timely, courteous service to branch members and assist with deposits, withdrawals, transfers, and related transactions
• Process branch member transactions accurately and efficiently and document appropriately
• Handle change of address requests, check orders, and ATM card orders
• Cross-sell Credit Union products and services to members
• Maintain cash drawer per policy, balance daily, and prepare related documents
• Develop and retain member relationships to increase satisfaction
• Adhere to Branch Service Level Standards and corporate initiatives
• Participate in marketing campaigns, promotions, and referral programs
• Comply with laws and Credit Union policies; complete training and participate in staff development
