Responsibilities

• Provides timely, courteous service to branch members and assists with deposits, withdrawals, transfers, and other transactions
• Processes branch member transactions accurately and in a timely manner
• Performs file maintenance such as address changes and check orders
• Cross-sells Credit Union products and services to members
• Maintains cash drawer within policy, balances daily activities, and completes related documents
• Has thorough knowledge of Credit Union products and services and assists members with inquiries
• Responds to member inquiries via phone, email, or referrals
• Develops and retains member relationships to improve satisfaction
• Participates in marketing campaigns, promotions, and referral programs
