Job summary

Qualifications

• Proven ability to process financial transactions accurately and securely.
• Strong customer service orientation with selling/product referral aptitude.
• Excellent communication and organizational skills, plus proficiency with basic computer tools.

Responsibilities

• Greet members and process deposits, withdrawals, loan payments, transfers, and other transactions.
• Maintain cash drawer accuracy and balance at shift end; research discrepancies.
• Assist with branch teller duties (ATM, night drop) and ensure proper ID for transactions.
• Comply with BSA/Patriot Act and internal controls; maintain member confidentiality.
