Job summary

Merchants Bank in La Crescent is seeking a part-time Teller to join our team. This role covers 10–15 hours weekly, with shifts Monday–Friday and 2–3 Saturdays per month, based at the La Crescent branch.

The Teller provides exceptional customer service, processes banking transactions, and may cross-sell products. Prior cash handling and customer service experience is preferred. Vision insurance, 401(k), bonus plan, paid time off, and supplemental options are offered.

Qualifications

• 1 year of cash handling and customer service experience preferred.
• Friendly, outgoing and team player; quick learner.
• Strong computer proficiency.

Responsibilities

• Provide excellent customer service at the teller window.

• Process all types of banking transactions accurately and efficiently.
• Balance cash drawer and maintain cash supply.
• Maintain professional conduct and help prevent fraud.
