Merchants Bank in La Crescent is seeking a part-time Teller to join our team. This role is 10-15 hours per week, with coverage Monday-Friday and some Saturdays, based at the La Crescent branch and occasionally at nearby branches.

Qualifications

• 1 year of cash handling and customer service experience preferred.
• Friendly, outgoing, quick learner and team player.

Responsibilities

• Provide excellent customer service and process banking transactions accurately.
• Cross-sell products and services and answer customer inquiries.
• Maintain a balanced cash drawer and follow procedures to prevent fraud.
• Build relationships with customers and support branch goals.
