Mountain West Bank in Boise is seeking a part-time Teller to rove between Boise area branches. You will support customer experiences with deposits, withdrawals and basic inquiries, while maintaining accuracy and compliance.

This role offers training, competitive benefits, and growth opportunities in a customer-focused environment. The position requires a high school diploma or equivalent, and includes a 25-hour workweek with varied shifts Monday–Friday and Saturdays.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• 6 months of prior customer service experience.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Excellent technology acuity and computer systems knowledge.
• Ability to efficiently use multiple computer programs and systems simultaneously.

Responsabilités

• Receive checking and savings deposits and verify cash and endorsements.
• Examine checks and determine funds availability.
• Process savings withdrawals and cash checks with proper identifications.
• Identify counterfeit currency.
• Answer basic customer inquiries regarding rates, services and account histories.
• Cross-sell bank products and refer customers to proper departments.
• Count and roll coins; issue money orders and cashier's checks.
• Accept loan payments and verify payment amounts.
• Balance drawer daily and maintain currency logs.
• Follow all bank policies and procedures.
