Responsibilities

• Serve as the first point of contact for Citi clients with friendly, efficient service.
• Perform banking transactions including cash deposits/withdrawals and vault cash management.
• Identify referral opportunities based on clients’ financial goals.
• Educate clients on Citi's digital and self-service options.
• Adhere to bank policies, controls and regulatory procedures for safety and security.
• Resolve client issues/concerns and escalate when needed.
• Maintain knowledge of client accounts and Citi products/services.
• Deliver exceptional client experiences, measured by defined metrics.
• Assess risk in business decisions and uphold Citi’s compliance and ethics standards.
