Job summary

Credit Union of Georgia is seeking a part-time Teller to support Cobb County branches. You will handle deposits, withdrawals, loan payments, transfers, and check cashing while delivering friendly member service.

The role emphasizes accuracy in cash handling and upselling services, with a schedule Monday–Friday 11a-4p and some Saturdays, primarily in Cobb County. High school diploma or GED required; 1+ year experience preferred.

Qualifications

• 1+ years practical work experience.
• Cash handling and/or customer service experience preferred.
• High school diploma or GED required.
• All employees complete annual training modules (cyber security, bank secrecy act, and compliance).

Responsibilities

• Provide exceptional member service while processing deposits, withdrawals, loan payments, transfers and check cashing.
• Balance cash drawer and ensure accuracy with minimal errors.
• Upsell products and services of the Credit Union.
• Follow brand standards and member JournEASE experience to engage, solve and excite members.
• Answer questions and direct members to the appropriate department as needed.
• Maintain and update member records with accuracy and efficiency.
• Assist with miscellaneous teller tasks and maintain policies compliance.
• Complete all training assignments within designated timeframe.
• Other duties as assigned.
