• Identify referral opportunities for new products and services based on client’s financial goals.
• Educate clients on digital and self-service opportunities offered by Citi.
• Adhere to bank policies, controls, and regulatory procedures to ensure safety of assets.
• Ensure client needs are met and escalate issues as needed.
• Maintain knowledge of client accounts and products/services offered.
