Qualifications

• High School Diploma or equivalent required.
• 0-2 years prior cash handling, sales, or customer service experience preferred.

Responsibilities

• Serve customers, prospective customers and bank associates promptly and professionally per Park Promises and Serving More standards.
• Complete transaction processing timely, accurately, and per bank procedures.
• Refer loan and deposit customers to subject matter experts.
• Utilize product knowledge to assist customers and suggest products and services to meet their needs.
• Protect bank assets by adhering to all processes, policies and standard operating procedures related to branch and cash security, information security, and regulatory requirements.
• Deliver a consistent, high level of service within Serving More standards.
• Other duties as assigned.
