Job summary

Wintrust Financial Corporation is seeking a Part-Time Teller in Wisconsin. You will process cash transactions, balance tills, and serve customers in lobby or drive-up while maintaining accuracy and a high level of service.

The role requires at least 6 months of cash handling or customer service experience, a high school diploma or GED, and the ability to work varied shifts including Saturdays. This position offers competitive pay and benefits as part of Wintrust’s community banking culture.

Qualifications

• Minimum 6 months of experience in cash handling or customer service
• High school degree or GED required
• Travel between branches may be necessary
• Must be available to work all shifts including Saturdays
• Must be able to lift up to 50 lbs
• Must be able to stand for long periods of time

Responsibilities

• Process a variety of financial transactions (check cashing, withdrawals, deposits, loan payments, etc.) and accurately balance these transactions
• Operate a teller drawer to serve customers and bank personnel in lobby or drive up
• Recognize potential cross-sell opportunities and direct customers to appropriate bank personnel
• Develop skills to recognize potential fraud and report to management as necessary
• Comply with all department, bank and regulatory policies and procedures
• Uphold established Wintrust culture
• May be responsible for bank opening/closing and may be required to participate in community events
