Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Process customer transactions accurately and efficiently, including deposits, withdrawals, and loan payments.
• Provide exceptional customer service by greeting customers, answering questions, and resolving any concerns.
• Promote bank products and services to customers and refer them to appropriate departments as needed.
• Maintain a balanced cash drawer and adhere to all bank policies and procedures.
• Assist with opening and closing procedures and perform other duties as assigned.
