Job summary

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Minimum 6 months of experience in a sales and service environment involving cash handling and face-to-face customer service.
• Background, credit check and drug screen may be required.

Responsibilities

• Greet and welcome members in a courteous, professional and timely manner.
• Complete member transactions with accuracy, efficiency and member service.
• Maintain updated information related to Texans’ policies and compliance regulations.
• Actively learn Texans’ products and services to cross-sell and assist members.
• End each day by accurately balancing assigned cash drawer.
