Qualifikationen

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Minimum of 6 months of experience in a sales and service environment involving cash handling and face-to-face customer service interaction. Prior experience in a financial institution would be a plus!

Aufgaben

• Greet and welcome members in a courteous, professional and timely manner.
• Complete member transactions with a high level of accuracy, efficiency and member service; deposits, withdrawals, transfers, negotiable items, loan payments, night depository deposits, check cashing with holds.
• Balance assigned cash drawer at end of day with accuracy.
• Actively learn Texans' products and services to cross-sell and enhance members' financial lives.
• Maintain updated and accurate information related to Texans' policies, procedures and compliance regulations to ensure safety and soundness of the organization
