Job summary

Texans Credit Union in the Dallas metro area is seeking a full-time Teller at our Hardin Blvd branch in McKinney, TX. You will perform transactions with accuracy, deliver excellent member service, and support branch sales goals.

The role requires a high school diploma and at least 6 months of cash handling and customer service experience; background checks and drug screening are required. Prior experience in a financial institution is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Greet and assist members with transactions and questions.
• Perform deposits, withdrawals, transfers, loan payments, and check cashing with accuracy.
• Balance cash drawer at end of day and maintain transaction records.
• Remain knowledgeable about Texans’ products and services to cross-sell.
• Ensure adherence to policies, procedures and regulatory requirements.
