UW Credit Union's Junction Road branch in Madison is seeking a Part-Time Peak Time Teller. Be the friendly face delivering member service and handling transactions with accuracy and enthusiasm.

Schedule: Mon/Wed/Thu 11:30am–2:30pm, plus 9 Saturdays per quarter 8:30am–1:30pm. Starting hourly rate of USD 20.50 with pro‑rated PTO, holidays, and benefits for part‑time employees. A friendly, professional team and growth opportunities are available.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or equivalent.
• 1 year of customer service experience.
• Ability to work with customers of all ages and backgrounds.
• Excellent interpersonal and professional skills.
• Team player that can confidently jump in where and when you are needed.
• Ability to work in an autonomous environment.

Responsibilities

• Be the face of UW Credit Union by providing front‑facing member service at the Junction Road branch location
• Achieve balanced scorecard results in alignment with Members for Life Sales & Service Philosophy
• Maintain a high degree of knowledge in all UW Credit Union products and services
• Ensure all members requests are processed accurately and efficiently
• Adhere to UW Credit Union’s Cash Management policies and procedures
• Research all teller transactions when potential errors are identified, and communicate with affected members
• Identify opportunities to deepen member relationships through building rapport, uncovering needs, making recommendations, & submitting referrals
• Consistently seek out opportunities to exceed member expectations
