Job summary

Lake Michigan Credit Union (LMCU) is seeking a part-time Teller in Lowell, MI. The role focuses on creating a warm member experience, processing a high volume of transactions, and promoting LMCU products and services to help members meet their financial goals.

You will handle cash with accuracy, follow risk and security procedures, and participate in ongoing training to stay up-to-date with branch operations.

Qualifications

• Minimum of 1–3 years of similar or related experience.
• Previous cash handling experience and knowledge of financial products and services.
• High school diploma or equivalent; some college coursework or banking experience is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Promote a positive member experience to support retention through proactive engagement.
• Perform basic and advanced teller transactions with accuracy per policies and procedures.
• Promote LMCU products and services to meet members’ financial needs.
• Stay current on branch systems, policies and technology to provide accurate service.
