Lake Michigan Credit Union is seeking a Part-Time Teller for Alpine, MI. This role focuses on delivering a welcoming member experience while accurately processing transactions and safeguarding funds. You will balance cash drawers daily and contribute to the branch through product referrals.

The position emphasizes high service standards, fraud awareness, and knowledge of LMCU products. Prior teller experience is a plus; on-site work is required as part of a fully on-site team.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent is required.
• Prior teller experience or preparatory experience is a plus.

Responsabilités

• Promote a positive member experience to drive retention.
• Process teller transactions accurately (deposits, withdrawals, transfers, payments).
• Balance cash drawer daily and maintain cash controls.
• Identify product opportunities and refer members to appropriate services.
• Learn and stay up-to-date with LMCU policies, systems and digital platforms.
