Job summary

Northwest Lewiston, NY is seeking a part-time Teller to deliver exceptional service and accurate transactions in a busy retail banking environment.

You will assist customers, answer questions, balance cash drawer, and promote bank products. Evening and weekend shifts may be required. The role requires strong communication, basic computer skills, and reliability to support opening/closing tasks and team goals.

Qualifications

• Customer service experience preferred.
• Cash handling experience preferred.
• Banking and/or retail experience preferred.

Responsibilities

• Handle daily teller transactions and cash balancing.
• Greet and assist customers, answer questions, resolve issues.
• Promote bank products and services to customers.
• Refer complex requests to the appropriate team member.
• Support branch opening/closing tasks and daily operations.
