Job summary

KeyCorp seeks a part-time Teller at our Springdale branch to deliver excellent in-person service to clients at 11355 Princeton Road, Springdale, OH 45246. You will handle transactions, resolve servicing issues, and guide customers toward financial wellness opportunities with bankers as needed.

This role requires cash handling experience, strong customer service skills, and the ability to work Saturdays as directed. A high school diploma or GED is required, with Notary license preferred.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma, GED, or equivalent business experience.
• Experience in a client service role.
• Experienced in cash handling.
• General understanding of PC with Windows-based applications and calculator.

Responsibilities

• Provide excellent in-person client service at the branch.
• Identify and resolve client servicing issues.
• Transition clients to a Banker for deeper financial wellness conversations.
• Balance cash drawer and follow security procedures.
• Attend in-person morning huddles and end-of-day debriefs.
