Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Assist clients with account transactions and servicing needs.
• Identify and resolve client servicing issues and escalate when needed.
• Transition clients to a Banker for deeper financial wellness conversations.
• Balance cash drawer and ensure accuracy of transactions.
• Follow policies and procedures, maintain confidentiality and security.
