Merchants Bank in Red Wing seeks a friendly, quick-learning Part-time Teller to join our team. The role involves 15-20 hours per week with hours Monday–Friday and a Saturday rotation, based at the Red Wing branch with occasional work at nearby branches.

The ideal candidate has 1 year of cash handling and customer service experience, is a team player, and can provide exceptional service while processing transactions and assisting customers with banking needs. Fraud prevention awareness is a plus.

Formación

• 1 year of cash handling and customer service experience preferred.
• Strong computer system proficiency.
• Attention to detail.
• Ability to multitask and prioritize.

Responsabilidades

• Provide outstanding customer service and greet customers.
• Process all types of banking transactions accurately.
• Cross-sell bank products and services where appropriate.
• Maintain balanced cash drawer and accurate cash handling.
