Job summary

Vectra Bank, a division of Zions Bancorporation, N.A., is seeking a Client Service Associate (Teller) for a Grand Junction, CO branch. This part-time role focuses on delivering top-tier customer service while handling daily teller transactions and promoting bank products.

Ideal candidates will have a High School Diploma or equivalent, solid math and balancing skills, and the ability to open accounts and assist customers with various banking needs. Position requires Monday–Friday availability.

Qualifications

• Requires High School Diploma or equivalent and related cashiering or customer service experience.
• Strong math skills and ability to balance cash drawer.
• Ability to cross-sell bank products based on client needs.

Responsibilities

• Process debit and credit transactions accurately in line with policy and balance expectations.
• Assist clients with account openings, card activations, transfers, checks, and loan payments.
• Resolve client issues directly or by referrals to branch resources.
• Identify cross-sell opportunities based on client needs.
• Other duties as assigned.
