• 1+ years of customer service experience (or related fields).
• High school diploma required.
• Basic knowledge of general banking products and services.
• Entry level knowledge of applicable regulatory obligations and industry practices.
• Call center or cash handling experience is a plus.
• Strong verbal and written communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Process transactions accurately and respond to client inquiries with professional, client-centric communication.
• Take ownership to resolve client inquiries via in-person, phone, email or written correspondence with timely follow-up.
• Meet or exceed service level standards including customer service, turnaround time, cross-sell goals, risk management and regulatory compliance.
• Provide support from general navigation to in-depth technical interfaces.
