Newtown Savings Bank in Newtown, CT is seeking a part-time Teller for Plaza South to support daily branch operations and assist customers with transactions and product cross-sell opportunities.

Qualifications

• Experience with cash handling and delivering courteous customer service.
• Ability to promote banking products and cross-sell services.
• Willingness to work weekend shifts and variable hours.

Responsabilités

• Provide prompt, courteous service to customers and resolve issues or refer to management.
• Promote deposit products and related services to meet branch goals.
• Process daily transactions within authority limits and obtain supervisor approvals as needed.
• Update customer information and perform routine maintenance tasks.
• Assist with administrative duties such as ATM balancing and branch operations.
• Support schedule adherence and help create a positive, engaged work environment.
• Maintain compliance with CIP, BSA, AML, and OFAC policies.
