Responsibilities

• Provide prompt and courteous service to all customers. Resolve complaints or refer to management as needed.
• Promote the full line of deposit products and related services to customers in order to reach goals.
• Perform daily customer transactions within authority limits and obtain supervisor approval for exceptions.
• Maintain and update customer information and accounts as needed.
• Support branch management with administrative duties and daily operations.
