Job summary

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent required.
• Customer service and cash handling banking experience preferred.
• Strong math, balancing, and discretion with confidential information.

Responsibilities

• Teller Operations: assist clients in person and by phone, follow service standards.
• Process client transactions per teller procedures and policies.
• Balance cash drawer, coin machine, and/or vault daily.
• Sales: suggest bank products/services and refer clients as needed.
• Track client pipelines and referrals to provide solutions.
• Open/close procedures and maintain bank equipment as required.
• Back-up Senior Teller and assist other departments as needed.
