Job summary

First Commonwealth is seeking a part-time Teller to support daily transactions and customer service at our Financial Solutions Center. You will focus on accurate cash handling, privacy, and building relationships with personal and business customers.

You will engage customers in conversations to assess needs, promote solutions, and participate in our sales incentives program. The role emphasizes reliability, teamwork, and problem resolution.

Qualifications

• A high school diploma or equivalent.
• Two (2) or more years of relevant experience in a client-centric sales environment with a proven track record of exceeding goals.
• Excellent communications skills and relationship-building abilities.
• Technologically savvy with standard computer and banking systems.
• Valid driver’s license and willingness to travel regionally.

Responsibilities

• Champion operations and compliance by protecting privacy and processing transactions accurately.
• Grow and deepen consumer relationships through inbound calls and drive-thru interactions.
• Conduct outbound calls to service existing customers and identify opportunities.
• Engage in personal development and training to grow skills and product knowledge.
• Deliver outstanding customer experience and act as single point of contact for problems.
