Qualifications

• High School Diploma or equivalent; finance/business education a plus.
• Experience in customer support and problem solving with quality service preferred.
• High integrity and commitment to exceptional member service.
• Ability to build rapport quickly and actively listen to develop strong member relationships.
• Strong attention to detail and accuracy.

Responsibilities

• Listen to members to identify and educate on solutions including deposits, loans, and credit cards.
• Process deposits, withdrawals, transfers, loan payments, and check cashing with accuracy and efficiency.
• Respond to inquiries about account operation, services, discrepancies, balancing, and feature adjustments.
• Follow cash handling, dual control, and daily work documentation procedures, including balancing the cash drawer daily.
• Pay range for this position is $15.00-$16.00/hour; final compensation determined by experience, skills, education, and internal pay equity.
