Job summary

Worth Credit Union is seeking a Teller to greet members professionally and handle routine transactions. You will process deposits, withdrawals, and loan payments, balance cash and transactions, and respond to member inquiries in line with Worth CU policies.

The position emphasizes strong customer service, accuracy with cash handling, and basic IT skills to navigate Windows and browser-based applications.

Job description

Work hours:

Monday - Thursday 1:00pm - 5:00pm, Friday 2:00pm - 6:00pm, and Saturdays (4 out of 5 per month) 8:30am - 12:30pm.

Summary:

As a Teller, you will welcome and greet our members in a professional, courteous manner.On a daily basis, Tellers process member transactions including deposits, withdrawals, and loan payments; balance cash, merchandise, and transactions; and answer member inquiries according to current Worth CU policies.
