  1. Provide our customers with fast, friendly customer service by always adhering to common courtesies and delivering the brand promise with every customer.
  2. Efficiently and accurately process customer transactions while adhering to all required policies and procedures.
  3. Support the sales process in the branch by identifying customer needs, promoting current offers, and referring customers to other colleagues for assistance with financial solutions.
  4. Provide awareness and, if warranted, demonstration of all channel capabilities and the overall benefit to the customer.
  5. This person may be asked to work at multiple branch locations to support a culture of flexibility and mobility to meet customer and branch needs.

This role will also:

  • Perform customer banking transactions, identify and service customer needs, and resolve issues.
  • Support the sales process by referring customers in need of additional financial solutions.
  • Share product and service promotions and new opportunities with customers.
  • Answer customer questions to ensure satisfaction and safety.
  • Service vault, night drop, and ATM machines as assigned.

  • High School diploma or equivalent combination of education and experience. Required
Experience
  • Less than 2 years of demonstrated customer service skills and computer experience. Required
