Base pay range

$17.00/hr - $21.52/hr

Provide our customers with fast, friendly customer service by adhering to common courtesies and delivering the brand promise. Efficiently process customer transactions, support sales by identifying customer needs, promote offers, and refer customers for financial solutions. Support multiple branch locations to meet customer and branch needs.

Responsibilities include:

• Performing customer banking transactions, identifying and servicing customer needs, resolving issues.
• Supporting the sales process through referrals and promoting products/services.
• Answering customer questions to ensure satisfaction and safety.
• Servicing vault, night drop, and ATM machines as assigned.

Qualifications:

• High School diploma or equivalent (required).
• Less than 2 years of customer service experience and computer skills (required).
