As a Part Time Teller within PNC's Retail Banking organization at the Oakmont Branch, you will be based in Oakmont, PA.

Job Responsibilities

1. Deliver a unique customer experience aimed at improving customer financial wellbeing and creating loyalty while increasing share of wallet. Process a variety of customer interactions. Educate customers on available financial options. Identify banking opportunities and refer as appropriate.
2. Identify opportunities through meaningful conversations and make referrals to branch staff.
3. Engage with customers in the lobby to connect and position PNC products to meet their needs. Educate customers on managing transactions using technology, tools, and resources.
4. Apply product and procedural knowledge to resolve customer issues.
5. Adhere to policies and procedures, demonstrating sound judgment. Ensure efficient and accurate completion of teller and branch operations.
