About the Role

Steelers Training Camp returns this summer to St Vincent College in Latrobe, PA. We are hiring responsible and motivated store sales associates for our Steelers Pro Shop merchandise tent.

The Store Sales Associate should possess a passion for delivering exceptional customer service. They should be enthusiastic about the Steelers brand, apparel, accessories, and novelty products, and be able to interact positively with fans and customers. The role supports store management and sales teams to meet daily goals and operational standards.

Responsibilities

1. Provide an exceptional customer service experience.
2. Be enthusiastic and sales-driven.
3. Assist in stocking, cleaning, and folding merchandise.
4. Build visual displays as needed.
