Priority Dispatch Corp. is seeking a Customer Member Service representative to assist members with their financial needs and goals.

You will greet incoming members, act as a financial services consultant, and handle teller transactions to ensure accurate processing and excellent service. Responsibilities include assisting members in person, by phone, or online; promoting Credit Union products, opening new accounts, handling disclosures, and processing wires while maintaining accurate cash

• Assist members face-to-face, by telephone or online - determine the nature of business and provide guidance promptly.
• Promote Credit Union products and services.
• Open new accounts - explain the services and benefits offered by the Credit Union to new members.
• Provide required disclosures and assist with Debit Card issues and fraud alerts.
• Process incoming and outgoing wire transfers and balance teller drawer as needed.

PRIMARY FUNCTIONMember Service is to assist new and existing members with their immediate, short-term, and long-term financial needs/goals through exceptional service and problem solving. The successful incumbent is flexible enough to greet/welcome incoming members, act as a financial services consultant and perform teller transactions.DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIESAssist members face-to-face, by telephone or online - determine the nature of business and provide guidance promptly.Promote Credit Union products and services.Participate in branch sales and promotion programs.Maintain and balance assigned teller drawer making any necessary overage or shortage entries.Assist with balancing the vault and coin sorter making any necessary overage or shortage entries.Open new accounts - explain the services and benefits offered by the Credit Union to new members. Provide required disclosures.Assist members with Credit Union App and Credit Union Website.Assist members with debit card issues and fraud alert review.Process incoming and outgoing wire transfers.Ensure all filing and scanning of members and CU documentation is completed in a timely and accurately.Receive mail/package deliveries and distribute them to an appropriate individual/work area.Other duties and tasks assigned by supervisor on duty or management team.
