Job summary

Vetted Solutions is seeking an on-site retail banking associate to deliver quality customer service while processing financial transactions in a branch setting.

The role emphasizes accuracy, compliance, and friendly client interactions, with responsibilities spanning daily cash handling, deposits, withdrawals, transfers, and mortgage or loan payments where applicable. Training is provided and supervision is not a primary responsibility.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED required.
• 6 months cash handling or teller experience preferred.
• Strong customer service, operational efficiency, and compliance awareness required.

Responsibilities

• Handle daily cash transactions, deposits, withdrawals, transfers, and loan payments while maintaining cash control and security standards.
• Process miscellaneous transactions such as bonds, municipal coupons, and money orders.
• Assist with ATM balancing, processing entries, and verifying deposits in depositories.
• Support vault duties and ensure compliance with operational policies and regulations.
• Provide excellent client service by resolving issues promptly and assisting with service needs.
• Identify cross-selling opportunities, promote bank products, and refer clients to appropriate teams.
• Attend training to enhance product knowledge and improve client interactions.
• Adhere to risk management, internal controls, and ethical standards.
• Perform additional job-related duties as assigned.
