As a Part Time Teller within PNC's retail branch organization, you will be based in Bluffton, Indiana at the Bluffton Central Branch.

Bilingual Spanish or Haitian Creole required.

Job Description
  1. Delivers a unique customer experience aimed at improving customer financial wellbeing and creating loyalty while increasing share of wallet. Processes a variety of customer interactions. Educates customers on available financial options. Identifies banking opportunities and refers as appropriate.
  2. Engages with customers to identify opportunities and makes referrals to branch staff.
  3. Performs lobby engagement activities to connect with customers and promote PNC products to meet their needs. Educates customers on managing transactions using technology and resources.
  4. Applies product and procedural knowledge to resolve customer issues.
  5. Ensures all policies and procedures are followed, demonstrating sound judgment. Completes teller and branch operations accurately and efficiently.
