Job Description

• Deliver a unique customer experience aimed at improving customer financial wellbeing and creating loyalty while increasing share of wallet. Process various customer interactions, educate on financial options, and identify banking opportunities for referrals.
• Engage with customers in the lobby to connect and position PNC products to meet their needs, leveraging technology and resources.
• Apply product and procedural knowledge to resolve customer issues.
• Adhere to policies and procedures, ensuring efficient and accurate completion of teller and branch operations.

Qualifications

Successful candidates should demonstrate relevant skills, competencies, and experience. Prior experience is not required; a combination of education, certifications, and experience (including military service) may be considered.
