Job summary

MIDFLORIDA Credit Union is seeking a Teller to deliver exceptional service, handle daily transactions, and support members with self-service options.

You will manage cash with accuracy, balance the drawer, and promote helpful financial products. The role requires a high school diploma and strong communication skills in a friendly, professional environment.

Qualifications

• Excellent customer service skills and strong verbal and written communications.
• Proficient in computers, the internet, and Microsoft Office.
• History of meeting or exceeding sales expectations.
• Availability to work shifts between 7:00 AM – 7:00 PM Mon–Fri and 8:00 AM – 1:30 PM Sat.
• Previous cash handling experience preferred.

Responsibilities

• Provide excellent service by completing transactions and answering questions accurately and timely.
• Manage a cash drawer and assist in daily branch operations and balancing.
• Enroll members in self-service options and explain available products and services.
• Present a neat, professional appearance aligned with credit union standards.
• Support team with member inquiries and cross-sell appropriate products.
