MIDFLORIDA Credit Union is hiring a Member Service Representative for our Crawfordville, FL location. You will support both teller and lobby operations, manage a cash drawer, and help members with signatures, loans, and IRA documents with accuracy and care.

Qualifications

• Minimum 1–2 years of teller, new accounts, and lending experience.
• Proficient with computers and Microsoft Office; familiar with banking regulations.
• Eligibility to meet the SAFE Act to be registered as an MLO with NMLS.
• High School Diploma or equivalent is required.

Responsibilities

• Improve the financial well-being of our members by identifying and recommending MIDFLORIDA products and services to create engaged financial relationships.
• Provide operational support in daily branch operations, assisting both teller and lobby duties.
• Manage a cash drawer and assist in balancing and daily branch operations.
• Complete signature cards, loans, IRA, and other documentation accurately and timely.
• Present a neat, professional appearance and adhere to image standards.
• Guide members to self-service options and discuss benefits with customers.
• Identify opportunities to improve the employee and member experience.
• Perform other duties as assigned.

Join us on our mission to improve the financial well-being of our members!Member Service Representative perform the following functions:* Improve the financial well-being of our members and provide excellent service by identifying and recommending appropriate MIDFLORIDA Credit Union products and services to create fully engaged financial relationships with our members.* Provide operational support in the daily operations of the branch by assisting both on the teller and lobby side.* Manage a cash drawer and assist in daily branch operations and balancing.* Complete signature card, loan, IRA, and other documentation in a timely and accurate manner.* Presents a neat and professional personal appearance, in accordance with credit union professional image standards.* Exercise sound judgment and discretion while remaining compliant with well-defined limits and guidelines.* Exhibit a high degree of integrity, trustworthiness, and professionalism always.* Exude a positive and professional attitude with members and partners consistently.* Develop a strong understanding of customer facing technology with the ability to discuss with and enroll members in self-service options.* Proactively identify ways to improve employee and member experiences.* Perform other duties as assigned.## QualificationsQualified candidates will possess:* Possess excellent customer service skills along with strong verbal and written communications skills.* Must have a strong desire to help people.* Proficient in the use of computers, the internet and Microsoft Office.* A history of meeting or exceeding sales expectations.* Minimum of 1-2 years of experience, including teller, new accounts, and lending.* Familiarity with credit union and/or banking regulations.* The eligibility to meet the requirements of the SAFE Act to be registered as an MLO with NMLS.* Availability to work any shift between the operating hours of 7:00 AM - 7:00 PM Monday through Friday and between 8:00 AM - 1:30 PM on Saturdays.* A High School Diploma or equivalent is required.Physical Demands:* Must be able to lift up to 25 pounds and must be able to stand for long periods of time.
