Qualifications

• Experience expediting purchases and administering supplier commitments.
• Knowledge of procurement terms, contract basics, and supplier negotiations.

Responsibilities

• Performs complex expediting to ensure timely delivery of materials and equipment.
• Contacts suppliers to obtain data submissions and track progress.
• Interprets production schedules and ensures realistic activity sequencing.
• Coordinates with planning, field coordinators, and suppliers on delivery dates.
• Expedites engineering reviews and approvals with suppliers.
• Participates in pre- and post-award reviews to discuss schedules and risks.
• Coordinates shipping arrangements with project logistics teams.
