OptiMindHealth (OMH) is expanding and seeking compassionate psychotherapists to work remotely from home. Currently, OMH provides behavioral health services to patients in Massachusetts and Colorado. Since 2016, we’ve specialized in serving both adult and adolescent patients in outpatient settings. Our goal is to improve access to holistic and cost-effective mental health care while supporting our clinical staff.

Work from or close to home:
With locations in Colorado and Massachusetts, OMH is expanding nationally. We will work with you to find the best fit and provide all necessary tools to treat OMH patients remotely. Our interview process considers your skills, interests, and location to match you with suitable opportunities. If you prefer to work from home, fully remote positions are available.
Responsibilities:
The psychotherapist will participate in OMH’s integrated care team model. Outpatient behavioral health practices like OMH emphasize team approaches, including physicians, psychiatric nurse practitioners, psychologists, and mental health professionals. OMH values clinical collaboration, believing it provides the highest quality care.
Customize patient care:
You will have the autonomy to determine treatment frequency and duration. Clinical work includes individual psychotherapy, family therapy, group therapy, and psychological testing, tailored to each patient's needs.
Schedule flexibility:
There are no on-call responsibilities; focus solely on your patients. Our support team handles billing, collections, and credentialing, allowing you to dedicate your time to patient care. Once sessions are over, your workday ends—no extra administrative tasks or insurance dealings.

Leadership & advancement:
OMH is clinician-led and growing. Opportunities include becoming a senior psychotherapist or site supervisor. Our dispersed leadership ensures support across locations.
Education & licensure:
Completion of an accredited program and licensure as a Licensed Mental Health Professional (LPC/LMFT/LCSW/LMHC) in Florida is required, with the ability to practice independently. Licenses in Massachusetts and Colorado are preferred.
