OptiMindHealth (OMH) is expanding and seeking compassionate psychotherapists to work remotely from home. Currently, OMH provides superior behavioral health services to patients in Massachusetts and Colorado. Since 2016, we've specialized in serving both adult and adolescent patients in outpatient settings. Our goal is to improve access to holistic, cost-effective mental health care while supporting our clinical staff. Work from or near your home:

With locations in Colorado and Massachusetts, OMH is expanding nationwide. We work with you to find the best fit and provide all necessary tools to treat OMH patients remotely. Our interview process considers your skills, interests, and location to match you with the best available position. Fully remote positions are also available if preferred.

Responsibilities:

The psychotherapist will participate in OMH's integrated care team model. Outpatient behavioral health practices like OMH are increasingly valued for their team-based approach. Join OMH to develop your skills in integrated behavioral health care, working alongside physicians, psychiatric nurse practitioners, licensed psychologists, and mental health professionals. We believe this collaborative approach provides the highest quality care.

Customize patient care:

Our clinicians have the autonomy to tailor care for each patient, determining visit frequency and duration. Clinical work includes individual psychotherapy, family therapy, group therapy, and psychological testing, depending on patient needs.

Set your schedule:

• Create a personalized schedule balancing work and life.
• Typically, work Monday through Friday, between 7:00 AM and 7:00 PM.

Focus on patient care without on-call duties. Our support team manages billing, collections, and credentialing, allowing clinicians to dedicate their time to patients. No additional on-call responsibilities or insurance hassles.
