Responsibilities

The responsibilities for the position include:

1. Drive targeted technical upskilling supporting client digital transformation.
2. Create virtual instructor-led training materials, including facilitator and participant guides, slide decks, instructional guides, and job aids.
3. Develop instructional videos, scripts, storyboards, and video captures.
4. Create online interactive training using Articulate 360 (Rise & Storyline) and Adobe Creative Suite.
5. Visualize workflows through graphics.
6. Facilitate virtual instructor-led sessions, leveraging training and mentoring from project leads.
7. Become a subject matter expert in client products to deliver training and transfer knowledge.
8. Document FAQs during training to support client adoption.
9. Participate in systems requirement gathering to track changes impacting training.
10. Revise documentation to reflect system and product updates.
11. Assist in developing curricula for new courses.
12. Schedule and coordinate live and virtual training sessions.
13. Collaborate with the project manager to ensure timely completion of training projects.

Qualifications

Education, Knowledge, and Experience:

• Bachelor’s degree in Instructional Systems Design, Instructional Technology, or related field.
• Experience applying instructional design methods, adult learning principles, and engagement strategies.
• Minimum 3 years as a software trainer.
• At least 2 years of Salesforce CRM or SaaS training experience.
• Experience conducting virtual webinars via MS Teams, Zoom, Webex, etc.
• Familiarity with Agile methodologies.
