About the Role:

We are seeking an experienced and dynamic Corporate Technical Trainer specializing in Grafana and associated observability tools. The ideal candidate will be responsible for delivering engaging, interactive, and highly informative training sessions to professionals with 10+ years of industry experience.

This is a global training initiative where your sessions will impact professionals across various regions. Training is conducted for 4-6 hours per day, 3-4 days a week, based on mutual availability confirmed in advance.

Key Responsibilities:

• Deliver high-quality technical training sessions on Grafana and related observability tools.
• Prepare and customize training content aligned with the Table of Contents (provided by the company).
• Facilitate live virtual sessions, ensuring a balance of theory and practical hands-on labs.
• Ensure training sessions are interactive, engaging, and encourage two-way communication.
• Adapt to different learning styles and seniority levels of professionals.
• Track learner progress and respond to queries during and after sessions.
• Maintain high satisfaction scores and gather feedback to improve future sessions.

Skills & Qualifications:

• Proven experience as a Technical Trainer in Grafana, Prometheus, Loki, or similar observability platforms.
• Strong technical understanding of monitoring, logging, dashboards, and alerting systems.
• Excellent verbal communication and interactive presentation skills.
• Ability to build rapport and actively engage senior professionals in technical discussions.
• Prior experience in delivering training to international or corporate audiences is a strong plus.
• Self-motivated, organized, and punctual.
