Job summary

Engineering Innovation, Inc. (EII) in Lafayette, IN seeks an Associate Technical Project Manager (part-time) to support engineering, production, and customer support teams in delivering postal automation solutions.

The role offers hands-on experience in a technical PM environment and potential future full-time opportunities based on performance. Successful candidates will be pursuing or have completed a STEM degree and demonstrate strong organization, communication, and problem-solving

Qualifications

• Pursuing or completed degree in Engineering, Engineering Technology, or STEM field; relevant work experience considered.
• Part-time, approx. 20 hours/week if enrolled; ≈32+ hours/week if not enrolled.
• Strong organization, communication, and documentation skills.

Responsibilities

• Support cross-functional engineering teams and help keep projects organized and progressing toward delivery.
• Document tasks and assist in building project schedules; track milestones.
• Host status and stand-up meetings with cross-functional teams; record notes and action items.
• Assist with risk tracking and mitigation; coordinate blockers and resolutions.
• Provide technical support across mechanical, electrical, and software disciplines as needed.
