Comcast Xfinity is hiring a Part-Time Retail Sales Consultant in Henrico, VA to engage customers and showcase products. You’ll drive sales, onboard customers, and resolve issues with moderate supervision, in a fast-paced store environment.

The role requires a flexible schedule, excellent customer service, and the ability to handle store duties and product knowledge. Benefits include Day-One coverage and uncapped commission potential.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED (Required).
• Flexible schedule including evenings, weekends, and holidays.
• Regular, punctual attendance.
• Ability to carry and/or move up to 25-pound boxes and move around the store.

Responsabilités

• Engaging customers with enthusiasm, demonstrating and explaining product features.
• Providing outstanding customer service with all customer interactions.
• Meeting or exceeding sales targets and following up to ensure customer satisfaction.
• Helping customers interpret account statements and pay bills in store.
