Job summary

Asurion is hiring a Part-Time Retail Sales Technician in Mobile, AL to blend customer service with tech know-how. You will greet customers, explain features, and assist with basic troubleshooting in a friendly retail setting. Training is provided to build confidence and product knowledge.

You’ll earn $16.25 per hour plus uncapped sales incentives and bonuses, with weekend and holiday availability preferred to meet store needs.

Qualifications

• Minimum 1 year of experience in customer service or retail sales.
• Ability to connect with customers and understand their needs.
• Basic knowledge of electronic devices is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Greet customers and provide personalized, helpful service.
• Explain features and upsell Asurion products and services.
• Assist with device troubleshooting and basic repairs as needed.
• Balance front-of-house and back-of-house tasks in a fast-paced store.
• Maintain store appearance and inventory accuracy.
