Asurion is seeking an In-Home Sales & Tech Support (Part Time) to work during our busiest hours. The role offers paid training, hands-on sales experience, and pre-scheduled customer interactions.

You will travel to customers’ homes, solve tech issues, and sell tailored solutions while meeting sales targets. The position requires an outgoing, client-focused individual with a valid driver’s license, personal vehicle, and ability to work evenings and weekends.

Qualifications

• Must be comfortable working in a sales environment with set targets.
• Valid driver’s license with at least 1 year driving experience.
• Proof of valid car insurance required (Manhattan excluded).
• Personal vehicle (outside motorcycles).
• Customer appointments occur near your inventory warehouse; travel up to 120 miles one-way.
• Flexible 5-day schedule including evenings, weekends and holidays.
• Personal cellphone required on the job.
• Comfortable working around household pets.
• Strong, persuasive communication and goal‑oriented drive.
• Open-minded with a desire to learn a wide range of skills.
• Naturally outgoing and enjoy human interaction.

Responsibilities

• Engage customers in-home, in-office, or at convenient locations to meet and exceed sales targets.
• Resolve customers’ tech issues and present effective solutions using Serve, Solve, Sell™.
• Use product knowledge to tailor solutions and close sales with strong negotiation and communication skills.
