Job summary

Victra, Verizon’s largest premium retailer in the United States, is hiring a part-time Sales Consultant in Ohio. You will drive the customer experience, explain product benefits, and help guests choose the right solutions in a fast-paced retail setting.

Expect paid training, ramp-up support, and opportunities for advancement. You will work evenings/weekends, contribute to merchandising, and earn a base hourly rate plus uncapped commission in a collaborative team environment.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED.
• One or more years of customer service, preferably in a retail or sales environment.
• Willingness to work evenings, weekends, holidays, November through December, and/or during peak vacation periods.
• At least 18 years of age
• Demonstrated experience communicating with customers to find solutions.
• Legally authorized to work in the United States.

Responsibilities

• Achieve and exceed monthly sales goals.
• Work alongside peers and store leaders, learning and sharing ideas while serving customers and providing resolutions to issues.
• Be passionate guest advocate with the desire to be yourself when connecting and having fun doing it!
• Provide product benefits and solution recommendations through exceptional customer service to deliver what our customers need.
• Create personal connections with guests to make tech look simple.
• Foster a competitive drive and ability to succeed in a fast-paced sales environment.
• Assist with merchandising and operational functions.
